FAQ: where do I send material too???
as soon as you complete your purchase you are taken to your purchase confirmation page. on that page you will want to write down your order confirmation umber as you will need it to put in your box with your items. scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on note from seller section. in that entire section is directions on how to get things to me as well as the address to send too!

This is a made to order child's memory quilt!!
Holding onto all of your child's possessions and memorable things can be sad because it gets put in a box and left forgotten! But now you can pull that box out and turn it into something beautiful!!!

PLEASE NOTE: to anyone who has ordered from me before or see my photos from older orders I DO NOT use satin binding unless specifically requested it. quilts will be edged in the backing material you select :)

“just purchased from you now what??”
answer: thanks for your order, if you hadn’t closed out of your purchase confirmation page (which is the page that has your order number at the top) the. go all the way to the bottom and find note from seller. click on this section and everything you need is in there. if closed out of that page no worries just go back to you and click on purchase and do the former above and click on the note from seller section

“Ali do you do the thing that connects all layers together and you see the stitching on both the front and back side of the quilt?”
answer: YES! I can do vertical lines across your quilt, this option IS AN ADDED PRICE I will send you a invoice separately for this.

there are some things to consider if you go this route. everything has to lay super flat so some items you won’t be able to use (pants,dresses, things with pockets, things with buttons, overly thick items, zipper items, minky or fuzzy items cannot be used) you will have to use cotton as your back and it will get edged in cotton as well :)

answer: yup!!!! let me know what color your looking for and I can most of the time order one in :)

❤️❤️❤️totally understand if all you have is one item that remains of your loved ones things and that’s ok too!!! I can use your one item and add filler fabric that matches to create the size you choose-please note however filler fabric is $2 extra per square. You can always find fabric of your choosing and send it with your item if you would rather just make sure you message me before hand about possible fabric types and how much you’ll need❤️❤️❤️

and my smallest square is 5x7 to insure that any newborn onesies will be able to be used as well. There is options to use a larger squares to accommodate larger kids clothing largest square would be 10x14! I have a total of 4 different square sizes I can use to accommodate your items.

48 squares for CRIB SIZE measuring 40x42in
72 squares for TODDLER SIZE measuring 45x56in
132 squares for TWIN SIZE measuring 60x83in
195 squares for FULL SIZE measuring 75x91in
(These would be if I used a 5x7 square for everything)

FOR QUILTS MADE FROM ADULT ITEMS:
Crib size will require at least 5-7 items
Toddler size will require at least 7-9 items
Twin size will require at least 13-15 items
Full size will require at least 16-18 items
Can send more than requested for more variety.


here’s a simple version of how many items to use if you don’t need to get to complicated and this will allow me to have some artistic freedoms to make items work but simple version is:
numbers will reflect min/max format of how many pieces of clothing is needed
CRIB size needs 24/48
TODDLER size needs 36/72
TWIN size needs 66/132
FULL size needs 98/195

otherwise if you really want get down to the nitty gritty and want to be specific with what you send me then follow these formats below

Option 1. If you don't mind utilizing the FRONT AND BACK of the shirt or item than all you need is
24 items for crib size
36 items for toddler size
66 items for twin size
98 items for full size

Option 2. If you want FRONTS ONLY (works for using only backs as well) from your items then ill need
48 items for crib size,
72 items for toddler size,
132 items for twin size to cover the whole quilt
195 items for full size
AGAIN THIS IS IF EVERYTHING IS MADE FROM A 5x7 SQUARE. IF YOU PLAN ON USING LARGER SQUARES TO ACCOMMODATE BIGGER SHIRT DESIGNS THEN YOU CAN USE LESS ITEMS THEN STATED ABOVE.

Option 3. If you have a little of everything and have a special blanket in mind to use, or burp rags, or sheets as well then I count 1 blanket for 10 squares usually if it’s a crib size anything smaller is about 4-8. You will then just need to total up all the sides of clothing wanting to be used and/or blankets to total the number of squares needed per the size chart above listing how many square spaces needed to be filled above 👆

Then do the following:
4. Choose backing color from the cotton choices, I do give you the option to ask for other types of fabrics and colors so let me know if you want to change it!
5. You can add a photo!! This is completely optional but can be a fun add on. A 5x7 is $5.00 8x10 is $8.00 it is printed on polyester fabric so it won’t fade or be stretched out from use! Each photo will be sewn into the quilt like a normal quilt square

*** clothing can be newborn and on. Also when packing up items to send out to me you can make notes with the clothes saying front only or back only on your clothing otherwise I'll just use both sides or whatever works best !***
7. if you choose to add little things that get added additionally on top of the quilt ex: hats,socks,foot designs in sleepers, crochet booties, and so on those additional items are $3 each to attach onto the quilt top and you will be billed separately for those things!

*The quilt will have batting in the middle (optional) which is an added layer making your quilt warmer and more comforter like if you choose and a fleece or minky back is another option if you do not want cotton which you get to pick the color of*

I also give the option to personalize this quilt with the name and date of birth and/or birth height weight. Just put in the box what you would like. It will be put on the bottom of the quilt in a patch that will be placed in a place that has the Least amount of writing or design, all be done with an embroidery machine. I make the embroidery on a white cotton patch then attach it! If you would like to add a design element like a animal or anything other than writing I can do that too it’s $7 extra per additional image.


I take great care and attention to all of your treasured child clothing, my house is pet dander, and smoke free. I cut out each piece with precision and take my time knowing that this will be a treasured item for years to come!

A COUPLE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PROCESS AND HOW WE WILL MAKE IT TOGETHER!
